Paula Dean Broadwell better known as Paula Broadwell is a famous American writer, academic, and former military officer. She was born on November 9, 1972 in Bismarck, North Dakota, USA. She is the daughter of Paul and Nadene Kranz. She studied at Century High School, graduated from United States Military Academy at West Point and after that she earned her Master’s degree from University of Denver’s Josef Korbel School of International Studies in 2006. In 2008 she earned her PhD programe degree at Department of War Studies at King’s College London. After completion of her studies she served United States Army and the United States Army Reserve. She was also served at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. In 2006 she was a speaker at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She also wrote for the New York Times and the Boston Globe. In 2009 and 2011 she also attended the the meetings on Afghanistan-Pakistan policy in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. In 1996 she married to Dr. Scott Broadwell who is a interventional radiologist. The couple has two young sons and the family is living in Charlotte, North Carolina.
