Courteney Bass Cox better known as Courteney Cox is a famous American actress, producer and director. She was born on June 15, 1964 in Birmingham, Alabama, United States. She is the daughter of Richard Lewis Cox and Courteney Copeland. She has two sisters Virginia Cox, Dottie Cox and one brother Richard Cox Jr. She started her acting career in 1984 when she made her debut in As the World Turns by playing the role Bunny. In 1987 she made her appearance in the film Down Twisted in which she played the role of Tarah. In 1991 she made her appearance in the film Blue Desert in which she played the role of Lisa Roberts. In 1997 she made her appearance in the film Scream 2 in which she played the role of Gale Weathers. In 2000 she made her appearance in the film Scream 3. In 2004 she played the role of Sophie Jacobs in the film November. In 2006 she made her appearance in the film Zoom in which she played the role of Marsha Holloway. She made her next appearance in the film Bedtime Stories in which she played the role of Wendy. In 2012 she made her appearance in the TV movie Talhotblond in which she appeared as Amanda. In 2013 she made her appearance in the TV series Go On by playing the role Talia.
She dated Michael Keaton and Adam Duritz of Counting Crows. She married actor David Arquette on June 12, 1999 and the couple has a daughter Coco Arquette.
